According to him, 400 cats in South Jakarta have been sterilized by using non-regional budget this year.
"The program is to be continued until we reach 1,000 cats this year," he continued.
Setiabudi Sub-district Head, Iswahyudi, appreciate the sub-agency in handling the cat population.
"I appeal the residents to bring their cats to program like this since cat population is fast," he stated.
Meanwhile, one of cat owners, Caca (22), admitted has participated the program, twice.
"I knew this program from sub-agency's Instagram account. Hopefully the quote can be added up," she admitted.
